I had an extremely positive experience with Mr Sadek and his office from start to end. I visited him for severe lower back pain, I was seen after one day and within one week I had an MRI scan done, reviewed, and a diagnosis. I appreciated the empathy and the thorough explanations which reassured me as a patient, generated understanding of my next steps, set my recovery expectations, and clarified what I have to do to get there. A special thanks to Mr Sadek super efficient and polite assistant Maryam who behind the scenes managed the process so that is was swift and as easy as possible for me.

My visit to Dr. Sadek was prompted by a persistent spine issue that I've been struggling with for the past five years. He dedicated ample time to thoroughly investigate my problem, ensuring a comprehensive understanding before proceeding further. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sadek provided consistent reassurance, which was incredibly comforting. When it came time to discuss the results of the examination, Dr. Sadek's approach was commendable. He meticulously explained every aspect in detail, ensuring I had a clear understanding of my condition and the proposed course of action. His relaxed approach and genuine support further enhanced the experience, making me feel valued as a patient. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Sadek's medical secretary, Maryam Foad, whose assistance was invaluable. Maryam's helpful and friendly manner made the administrative aspects of my visit seamless. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, ensuring that appointments were convenient for me. Maryam also took the initiative to retrieve my previous medical documents from other hospitals and ensured that I received all necessary reports from Dr. Sadek promptly. Her dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout our interactions, further contributing to the positive experience I had at Dr. Sadek's practice.

Dr Sadek is a wonderful doctor and extremely helpful, he takes care to thoroughly explain scans/results and discuss treatment pathways. He has superb bedside manner and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Dr Sadek’s secretary is also incredibly helpful and dedicated to organising appointments that suit your schedule, Maryam is always quick to respond to emails, even on weekends!

Dr Ahmed and his PA Maryam were excellent and accommodating throughout the entire process. I had to reschedule a few times and Maryam was always very prompt and flexible. Dr Ahmed was reassuring me about my worries the entire time and even spoke to my previous doctor with regards to the issue I was having to get to the bottom of it. I am grateful!
